Appropriately labeled a labor of love by the Washington Post, Argia's is a blend of style and taste that reflects its owners and their history. The owner-operators, chef Aimee Suyehiro and proprietor Adam Roth, have created a restaurant that serves up a culinary experience in an atmosphere that is surprisingly relaxed and comfortable without sacrificing style. Could anything be more Italian? Argia's menu features Northern Italian-style cuisine in both familigia (family) and solo (single) portions. They've recreated the feeling of home and shared time around the dinner table that is a fond childhood memory for many.
